新时期高校组织文化建设及对教师的影响 摘 要 现代组织文化,是20世纪80年代初在对管理科学、行为科学、文化学等当代管理理论的研究和探索中逐渐形成的,在促进组织生产经营活动、提高组织素质和管理水平等方面都有着极为重要的作用。高校作为一个培养高等人才的场所,是实现教育理想的园地,而高校组织文化作为高校处理内部与外界互动中所形成的产物,影响着高校成员的行为表现,在高校当中教师是主要的组织成员,教师发展对于学校的发展有很高的影响力,不同的高校组织文化会影响教师对学校的认同与工作努力程度。本研究试图围绕高校组织文化建设及对教师的影响这一现实问题。从学校组织文化的角度进行研究,以期达到以下两个目的:一方面通过文献法对学校组织文化进行理论梳理,进一步探究新时期学校组织文化建设的趋势和前景;另一方面,分析当前学校教师的工作现状以及学校组织文化发展的现状,并针对现状,从组织行为学的角度对如何开展学校组织文化建设才能提高教师的素质,从而提高教育教学水平提出理论思考与对策。本文首先对相关概念进行了界定,以便使研究更具有针对性。接着阐述了新时期学校组织文化建设的目标是建立学习型高校组织文化,并且总结出学习型学校组织文化是一种倡导团队学习的文化、一种协作文化、一种共享文化、一种反思文化。文章又阐述了学校组织文化对教师的影响和作用。针对传统中教师的学习智障,本文在最后提出了新时期学校组织文化对教师学习提出的要求。教师是社会化的职业,社会对教师的要求以及教师自身所期望达到的目标,都决定着教师必须与当今的学习型学校组是文化相适应。教师不但要学会自己学习,还要进行知识、信息等方面的交流与合作,更重要的是他们之间的思想、信念、情绪、态度、价值观等方面的相互摄取,从而使各自的精神境界得以提高和升华,以适应新时期高校的组织文化建设。 关键词:新时期 高校 组织文化 教师 Abstract
