浅谈中学政治教师的自身修养

摘要：教师是发展教育事业的骨干力量。在教育过程中，教师处于教育者、领导者和组织者的地位，对教育内容、教育方法和教育过程的组织，对学生的学习、锻炼、身心发展等，都起主导作用。一所学校能否卓有成效地完成培养人的任务，关键在教师。只有提高教师的自身修养，教育才会有所进步。而中学政治教师是马克思主义理论的传播者，是学生正确的世界观，价值观，人生观形成的引导者，是良好的思想品德和健康的心理品质的培养者。因此，中学政治教师只有具备较高的自身修养，才能培养出社会主义现代化建设所需要的具有较高素质的合格人才，才能体现出自身的优势，体现出政治教师的价值，完成政治教师应承担的教书育人的使命。所以本文我主要从中学的政治教师自身修养的必要性和紧迫性，中学政治教师自身修养的内容两大方面来阐述。

Abstract:The teacher develops the education backbone strength. In the education process, the teacher is in the education, the leader and .organizer's status, to educates the content, the education method and the education process organization, to student's study, the exercise, the body and mind development and so on, all gets up the leading role .Whether does a school fruitfully complete raises person's duty, the key in the teacher. Only enhances teacher's own tutelage, the education only then can have progresses. But the middle school politics teacher is the Marxism the or disseminator, is student's correct world outlook, the values, the guide which the outlook on life forms, is the good thought personal character and the health psychological quality raise. Therefore, the middle school politics teacher only has a higher own tutelage, the qualified talented person which can train to have higher quality which the socialism modernization needs, can manifest own superiority, manifests the political teacher's value, completes mission which the political teacher should undertake imparts knowledge and educates people. Therefore this article I mainly from middle school's political teacher own tutelage necessity and the urgency, the middle school politics teacher own tutelage content two big aspects elaborated.
