摘要
物流是物品从供应地向接收地的实体流动过程.根据实际需要,将运输,储存,装卸搬运,包装,流通加工,配送,信息处理等基本功能实施有机结合。医药物流就是充分利用信息和网络技术，运用现代化组织和管理方式将运输、仓储、装卸、分装、配送、信息等环节进行整合，其目的是在保证药品安全有效的同时花费最少的时间和资金完成既定的任务。它要求医药销售全过程协调一致、低成本运作，其核心是：依托一定的物流设备、信息技术和进销存管理系统有效整合营销渠道上下游资源，通过优化药品供销配运环节中将运输、储存、装卸、搬运、包装、流通、加工、配送、信息处理等基本功能实施有机结合，减少流通成本，提高增值服务水平和资金使用效益，增强企业的竞争能力。我国现代物流已经由起步阶段进入了向理性、务实、快速发展的新阶段。但医药物流尚处在起步阶段，医药物流运作管理还不成熟。这也为现代化药品物流公司的发展提供了可能。
