工资管理系统设计和实现

摘  要
工资管理是一项琐碎、复杂而又十分细致的工作,一般不允许发生差错。最初的工资统计和发放都是使用人工方式处理,工作量大的时候,出现错误的机率也随之升高,不仅花费财务人员大量的时间,而且往往由于抄写不慎,或者由于计算的疏忽,出现工资发放错误的现象。同时工资的发放具有较强的时间限制,必须严格按照单位规定的时间完成计算和发放工作。正是工资管理的这种重复性、规律性、时间性,使得工资管理计算机化成为可能,工资管理系统就是使用电脑代替大量的人工统计和计算,完成众多工资信息的处理,同时使用电脑还可以安全地、完整地保存大量的工资记录。
工资信息管理系统采用的是面向对象的程序设计思想来进行编制的,这可以使管理员迅速了解职工的各方面信息,方便对各种信息的维护和管理,提高工作效率和减少出错概率,提高了管理效能。此系统有以下几个主要功能:职工信息录入:包括基本信息、初定工资及修改工资三部分;工资变动处理部分:包括转正定级;正常晋档、职务变动、年度考核、级别变动、等;信息查询功能:信息查询包括个人情况查询、工资发放查询、工资基金查询、工资统计查询及浏览定位几个部分;审批报表:审批报表指打印出各种工资变动审批表、花名册等相关报表,包括工资变动报表、定级审批表、军转干部审批表、警衔津贴变动审批表等;系统维护:系统维护是对系统的一些基本设置,包括以下几个部分:口令设置、初始设置、工资设置、数据库维护、数据库修复、数据交换。
它是一个能基本满足需求的工资管理需求的通用信息管理系统,开发这个系统的目的就是帮助财务主管部门提高工作效率,实现工资信息管理的系统化、规范化和自动化,真正实现高效、科学、现代化的职工管理。

Abstract
Wage salary is a trivial, complex, very detailed work, which is needed extremely caution. In the early time, the salary statistic and distribution are mainly handled by manpower, which will inevitably bring errors to the procedure. Empirical analyses show that a heavier work often leads to a higher probability of error making. Except for the time consuming property, the manual work often leads to errors in the salary distribution by negligence in calculating and copying the numbers. Salary distribution is a time limited work, which means the salary calculation and distribution must be finished according to a strict schedule set by the company. It is the repeatability, regularity and time limitation of the salary management that makes it possible to realize the automatic management. The management (ESM) system is applied to process tons of salary information by using computer instead of manpower. Meanwhile, the huge amount of salary records can be preserved safely and perfectly。In this work, the ESM system is designed with the essential of object-oriented principle. Thus, the manager can check the employee’s information easily and promptly, carry out the information maintenance and management conveniently, and improve the efficiency of enterprise management.
In this work, an universal information management system with high efficiency and reliability is designed for the small and medium-sized companies. The enterprise salary management system consists of three major functions listed below staff input information: basic information, initial wages and salaries to amend three sections. dealing with wage movements: positive steps, including normal Jin stalls, job changes, annual examination, the level of change, and so on. information functions: information, including personal enquiries, for payment of wages, wages for the Fund, the wage statistics for positioning and navigation parts. approving statements: approval statements that print out various wage movements approval form, roster and other related statements, including statements of changes in wages, the approval rating table, demobilized cadres approval sheet, changes in allowances that for approval, etc. system maintenance: maintenance of the system some basic settings, including the following: Password settings, initial setup, wage setting, database maintenance, repair databases, data exchange.
In summary, the ESM system is able to fulfill the demand for information management of the small and medium-sized companies. The motivation for designing the system is to help the financial department to improve the efficiency, and build up automatic, systematic standards of enterprise salary management. The enterprise can obtain an efficient modern personnel management.
